receptionIf you wish to see the doctor or the nurse please contact the reception to make an appointment. Every effort will be made to see you as soon as possible, at a convenient time. If you wish to speak with the doctor/nurse or enquire about test results, please try to ring between 11:00-12:00 or 17:30-18:00 if at all possible.

Emergencies

For problems requiring urgent attention a number of emergency appointments are reserved each day. These are short 5 minute appointments and should not be used for multiple or long term issues.

General Appointments Procedures

When arriving at the surgery ensure that you let reception staff know of your arrival so that the doctor you are seeing is aware that you are waiting. Always arrive about 5 minutes before your appointment is due. Please remember to let us know if you are going to be late or not attend your appointment as we may then be able to offer your appointment to another patient.
