Evening and Saturday Appointments

BACK TO MAIN INDEX

We want to make it easier for you to get an appointment at our surgery. In addition to our normal opening hours, we also offer appointments in the evenings and on Saturdays.

These evening and Saturday appointments may take place by phone, video, or face-to-face depending on your clinical need.

As we are working with our neighbouring GP surgeries to offer these additional appointments, you may be offered an appointment from one of these other surgeries. Our surgery is part of a small group of surgeries called a Primary Care Network and we work together in a number of ways.

To book an appointment

Contact us in the usual way (by phone or online) to make an appointment. If we are closed and you need support, please contact NHS 111 online or by call 111 if you do not have access to online services.

When are these additional appointments available?

Appointments are available from 6:30-8pm in the evenings, 9am to 5pm on Saturdays.

Where will I be seen?

You may be offered an appointment at your GP surgery or another local GP surgery. This is because we are working with other local GP surgeries to provide these appointments. Our surgery is part of a small group of surgeries called a Primary Care Network and we work together in a number of ways.

Who can access these appointments?

Anyone registered with our GP surgery.

Who will I see at my appointment?

Appointments may take place by phone, video, or face-to-face depending on your clinical need and be provided by the appropriate health care professional from the practice. This might be a GP, a practice nurse, a health care assistant, a physiotherapist, a pharmacist or a care coordinator.

How do I cancel an appointment?

If you need to cancel the appointment, please call 0208 1676270 and leave a message stating your name and the time and date of your appointment.
