A practice wheelchair is available if needed.
Parking
To ensure that easy access to the surgery is maintained and patients’ safety is not compromised access to the front drive for vehicles (including minicabs) is strictly restricted to staff members only.
There is plenty of on street parking nearby.

Appointments
GP practices and Sevenfields Primary Care Network are working together to deliver additional appointments for our patients both face-to-face and telephone consultations Monday to Friday 6pm to 8pm and Saturdays 9am to 5pm.
To book an appointment, please contact your GP practice. After speaking to you on the phone, in person, or reviewing your online request they will offer you the best appointment available. As of August 1st, we are increasing the number of appointments and have added more locations. This will allow us to provide you with more appointments and clinics nearer to you.

Life threatening
Call 999 or go to A&E now if:
- you or someone you know needs immediate help
- you have seriously harmed yourself – for example, by taking a drug overdose
A mental health emergency should be taken as seriously as a medical emergency.

- You have an urgent medical issue requiring on the day attention
